Hi! We’re Ana and Jaume, two biologists—and parents to Lea, our joyful, ever-curious 6-year-old. When both Ana and Lea were diagnosed with coeliac disease, everyday things like birthday parties and eating out became a minefield of “no’s” and “maybes.”

As scientists, we decided to turn our experience into something creative and empowering. That’s how We Love Antigens was born—an initiative that blends science, design, and storytelling to raise awareness about food intolerances and allergies.
